If your W. Stallion Jeans order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us promptly.

Please provide:

• Order number
• Product name
• Description of the issue
• Product photographs
• Packaging photographs
• Shipping label photograph
• Unboxing video, if available

Wrong Jeans Received

If we have sent a different product from the one ordered, we will investigate the matter and, where confirmed, provide an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund.

Manufacturing Defect

Potential manufacturing defects may include issues relating to:

Normal Denim Characteristics

The following may not automatically constitute defects:

• Minor shade variations
• Wash effects
• Natural denim texture
• Minor finishing variations
• Normal characteristics of stretch denim

Customer Damage

Damage caused by washing, ironing, bleaching, alteration, tailoring, improper care or normal wear may not qualify as a manufacturing defect.
