Refund Policy

When Refunds Are Provided

A refund may be issued when:

• An eligible return is approved.
• A wrong product was supplied.
• A qualifying manufacturing defect is confirmed.
• Stallion Jeans cancels a prepaid order.
• A refund is otherwise required under applicable law.

 Refund Processing

After the returned product is received and inspected:

• The return will be approved or rejected.
• If approved, the applicable refund will be initiated.
• Refunds will generally be made through the original payment method where technically possible.

COD Refunds

For Cash on Delivery orders:

• Customers may be required to provide valid bank-account or UPI details.
• Stallion Jeans will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect refund information provided by the customer.

Refund Timeline

Refunds will generally be initiated within [X] business days after approval.

The actual time for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the bank/payment provider.

Discounts

Where a promotional code or discount was used:

• Refund calculations will account for the actual amount paid.
• Promotional coupons are generally not refundable as cash.
